Originally from China where I gained my medical qualifications, I later moved to New Zealand and looked for a new challenge. While I already spoke English, I wanted to master the language and adapt to the very different culture. I am now extremely confident in English and recognise the benefit I can be in bridging the communication divide with Mandarin speakers who are looking for their first or next home in New Zealand.

Before joining the real estate industry I purchased a café in Auckland’s busy suburb of Remuera, giving me a great understanding and appreciation for the area and its people. My positivity and natural affinity with customers allowed me to establish lasting relationships and grow a viable business.

I have always been passionate about property and have both invested in homes and helped my friends emigrating from China into the New Zealand housing market. When the opportunity came to be a salesperson, I took the challenge with open arms. My ability to build relationships and to quickly ascertain my clients’ needs allows me to provide what you are looking for, or suggest suitable solutions.
