Ying Li Howe

Ying’s passion for DIY and home renovation led her to an interior design qualification and real estate seemed to be a natural progression from there. Her previous role as a Homestay Accommodation assessor means she had inspected many properties and knows what to look for. Also qualified with a Diploma in Teaching, certificates in Real Estate and Interior Design, Ying is well equipped to handle her clients’ real estate needs. She has a well-trained eye for detail, wonderful people skills and the ability to help clients maximise the appeal and presentation of their home. Ying believes the difference is in the detail and will go the extra mile to achieve the optimum impression.

Ying loves the diversity of West Auckland and lives with her husband and two children in Laingholm, her husband’s hometown. She thrives in the community spirit and has blended herself with her new culture. Ten years living in the West has given her excellent knowledge of the local property market and its unique character, and Ying is delighted to share this with her clients.

With negotiation skills in her blood and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Ying has an ability to match people with property. Her design background means she knows how to accentuate the positive.
