Maxwell Zhu

Having been in real estate since 1997, Maxwell has gained rich experience in property
marketing. As well as focusing on residential and rural property, he is also knowledgeable in terms of commercial and business investments. Before entering this industry, Maxwell gained a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and developed skills in building project management, site management, structure design and quantity survey. This experience has given him in depth understanding of the building industry, time management, and organization of a team as well as self discipline.

Fluent in English and Mandarin with some understanding of Cantonese gives him an advantage when communicating between varieties of groups of people. He enjoys working with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds and strives for excellence when serving both customers and clients.

With many successful achievements over the years, Maxwell has been awarded places in Barfoot & Thompson’s top 25 and number one salesperson in his branch multiple times. His partner Wendy Wang also thrives in this business with over 13 year’s experience, she has won a good name in prestige property marketing, especially in the Chinese Community. Now, the joint team strength of 28 years experience are committed to achieving outstanding results for your property.
